  1. 1.The promoter is JNC Enterprise trading as Noéra (ABN 56 694 171 670).
  2. 2.The giveaway opens Tuesday 27 October 2026 and closes Tuesday 17 November 2026 at 8:00pm AEDT. Late entries will not count.
  3. 3.Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18+. Noéra owners, staff and their immediate families cannot enter.
  4. 4.To enter, follow one of our Noéra pages on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook, like the giveaway post, comment your favourite bag and colour, and tag 2 friends. Each person may enter once, and duplicate comments won’t add entries.
  5. 5.Bonus entry: people who join the waitlist at noera.com.au with the same name or handle by the closing date get one extra entry.
  6. 6.The prize is the winner’s choice of $1,000 AUD cash, paid by bank transfer, or $1,000 Noéra store credit, usable from launch and valid for 12 months from the launch date. The store credit cannot be exchanged for cash. The prize is not transferable.
  7. 7.The winner will be drawn at random on Wednesday 18 November 2026 and announced on our page. The winner will be contacted by DM from an official Noéra account only. We will never ask the winner to pay a fee, click a link, or provide card details to claim the prize.
  8. 8.The winner must reply within 7 days or a new winner will be drawn.
  9. 9.Fake, spam or giveaway-only accounts may be disqualified.
